OVERVIEW
Based on the design of the Oakeshott Type XVIIIA. The sharp blade is produced in two slightly different versions - this version is diamond-sectioned throughout and fullered for about one-third of its length. The wheel pommel is sized to provide grip for the second hand when necessary.

Fine One- or Two-handed Sword
I enjoy this sword. Light enough for one-handed flow drills, and floats like a feather when used with two hands. Someone with large hands may find the grip a tight fit (my average hands fit with little room to spare)).

I guess I was just disappointed that the sword was not made be Museum Replicas the "China" label was disheartening.
I have made at least 2 purchases, maybe 3 from United Cutlery as well as Museum Replicas and always had faith in the quality. This time.......not so much. Loved the sword not the production label considering paying the price over 200.00 dollars.
