6 Tier Hoop Skirt

The predecessor to the petticoat, undergarments like this hooped skirt accentuate the overall shape of gowns to keep the overskirt in a beautiful umbrella shape. Our nylon farthingale has six wire hoops. It comes fully assembled with a circumference of 146" at the hem. The adjustable waist has a string tie that allows one size to fit most. This ample hoop skirt is large enough for anti-bellum gowns and will give prominence to dresses from the Renaissance period thru Victorian times.
