Very robust shield with some serious heft to it. If you are buying this as a wall hanger you need to find a stud. Handle is securely attached to the shield, paint is very shiny. Nice done.

Awesome helm yeah its heavy but back in the day I think you would aspprefciate it in a battle. Surprisingly good visibility. The adjustments in the helmet work very well

I did not know what to expect when I ordered this  Norseman Helmet. I wanted it to be the centerpiece on a beautiful antique desk I finished and was hoping that it would fit the part. When it arrived I opened it and could say nothing but WOW. Heavy duty, beautiful detail, solid metal construction... you will not be disappointed!!!.

This shield is Fantastic, it is the perfect weight and is very well made. However to be historically accurate the shield would have been warped with rawhide, or leather. This shield is much more detailed than the others, and you can tell it is hand painted.

The Norseman Helmet I received was a beautiful, solid, high-quality piece of armor that I am now most proud to own.  I makes for a splendid display item and is also most functional.

Just received this helmet, it's great, fits comfortably and looks great. The adjustable liner works really well.
