This decorative skull cap is adorned with mystical Tibetan symbols, including the Wheel of Dharma, ornamental fish (signifying riches), the knot with no end (meaning immeasurable virtues) and the lotus flower (which is a sign of purity). The word Kapala is a Sanskrit term for a decorative human skull used as a ritual implement in both Hindu and Buddhist Tantra. Our version is made of cold cast resin which has been antiqued and made to look like it has been recently excavated.
