Review of: Hobbit Sting Scabbard

I was very nervous with Sting and no scabbard. It was almost like holding a loaded gun. This quality scabbard changed everything. Now it is safe to have laying around, carrying it, or handing it to someone to check out.  The sword Sting is being called a dagger, but I have read a lot of discussion on the subject. They say any dagger with a blade 14.5 inches long or more is a short sword. I agree.

Review of: Hobbit Sting Sword of Bilbo Baggins

This is a very good quality sword. I have been studying fencing, so I feel that the low carbon steel would be better for a real fighting sword, but it would certainly work. I think that quality is the most important aspect of any product and this fits in there nicely. I am not hanging it on my wall because I like to look at it often and I lock it in a gun safe when I am not around. Darrell, August 31, 2019

Review of: Hobbit Sting Scabbard

Great Hobbit scabbard
I thought I was excited when I bought the hobbit sword, but after receiving the scabbard,I was more. This now completes the set.
The quality of the scabbard in great. Very elven in its detailing. I was also very impressed that the sword snapped into it like a real sword. Detail is wonderful and it is the best fantasy replica sword and scabbard I have bought to date. I highly recommend if you own the sword, you also buy the scabbard. You won’t be sorry.

Review of: Hobbit Sting Sword of Bilbo Baggins

Greatly impressed with workmanship, attention to detail, and style. Not planning on going after any bad-guys with it, but with its scabbard, it looks great on my wall.

Review of: Hobbit Sting Sword of Bilbo Baggins

I am a big fan of J.R.R. Tolkien so I had to have this.
This is a really nice wall hanger.  The blade is made from stainless steel and because of that, it will not corrode very easily.  That is great for a display but makes it a little to brittle to use to slay orcs or chop wood.  I personally would prefer a high carbon steel, This sword looks great and I figure that is what most folks will want out of this anyway.
