Medieval Double Wrap Belt

From the early B.C. Celts to well past the Renaissance, warriors figured out that a double wrap belt was a more comfortable way to carry a sword. But it was in Medieval times that the practice really flourished. When the extra length of belt wraps around a body the second time, both hips then support the weight of the sword. Besides the balanced suspension, this belt presents a swashbuckling appearance. Includes a frog hanger that will fit all scabbards. Made of beautiful top grade leather it is 1-3/4" wide. The Medieval Belt is available in brown with brass or black with nickel silver studs and buckle. Choose from S (28"-35"), M (33"-40"), L (38"-45") or XL 43" - 50"). All sizes are approximate.

Left Hand Deschaux Dagger

The left hand dagger, or Ring Hilt dagger, was employed in the art of rapier and dagger swordplay. It was often worn at the back tilting to the left for easy access. This offering matches nicely with our three ringed Deschaux rapier. The parts are steel and the grip is bone wrapped in wire for a good grasp. Made by Windlass Steelcrafts. Includes scabbard.
