This is a fine weapon of craftsmanship! The head of the Trident is a perfect size and weight. The black finish is a nice touch to the piece and offers great protection from the elements! I was surprised that it came in two pieces! The shaft halves are connected by threading them into each other. Not a bad thing for transport, but will loosen and rotate after time and hard vibration. Like any weapon, I will personalize it by securing the shaft with a brass peg so it will not rotate on me after a couple swings! I would love it if there were just the Trident head available to fix on a 1" or 1 1/4" shaft! Definitely would love to see a Greek style Trident available in the near future! I would by that in a heartbeat! Thank you MRL!
