INTERNATIONAL ORDERING GUIDELINES


All international orders are reviewed by our customer service staff before the order is released for shipment. This could take 1 or 2 additional business days before your order ships. Please note, for international orders, we do not place out of stock items on backorder. Also, items which specify Ships separately, no express shipping available on this item cannot be shipped internationally.

If you live in Western Europe, the UK, or Australia, you pay the charges shown at the time of check out. For all others, our staff will review the order and let you know by e-mail if the freight cost needs to be amended before it can ship. You must reply by e-mail within 5 days to confirm the charges or the order will be canceled.
We are not responsible for any import duties or local taxes you might be required to pay. We accept no liability for packages seized by customs. Please check local laws before ordering. See below for more about our guidelines for international orders.

Please make sure you include a correct email address and daytime telephone with your order. We must include this information on the shipping label in case the shipper or customs needs to make contact.
