Nice helmet
Looks very similar to what a Roman soldier would have worn 2000 years ago. Well made and fits well!

A good but not great helm
Not a bad Roman helmet for the price. Overall construction is decent. It would be nice to have straps coming from the cheek plates to secure under the chin, but this version only has them coming down from inside the helmet. As it is, the cheek guards will flap around if worn, but this can remedied by fastening your own strap at home. Sort of a pain, but not too hard to do.

Perfect Match
I am completely satisfied with this helmet, which goes perfectly with the Roman Lorica Segmentata in  my collection.

Well made, simple elegance in design and function. The helmet is steel with brass edging, including a leather liner and chin-strap. This helmet is of the Imperial Gallic D design, introduced into the Roman Army in the mid-late 1st century AD, corresponding to the early imperial age, i.e. late Julio-Claudian and Flavian dynasties. A good choice for early imperial period uniforms. All helmets were worn with some sort of padding to help absorb the shock of blows to the head; a padding cap has not been included with this helmet.

Great overall, just like the pic, mine had a bad finish in the front brass decoration, and behind the ears and neckguard, was kinda burned, apart from that great helmet
