The red in this cross is a beautiful blood red and it is just the right size. Perfect pendant. Go for it. Get it.

If I could rate the packaging separately it would not get the 5 stars the item does. The pendant has such wow inspiring appearance the packaging should be better to suit. It was given as a gift and after removing an unsightly sticker from the packaging, it still stunned the recipient. Excellent item I recommend and would purchase again.
