The sword is beautiful. The curve of the blade, the etchings, and the scabbard details are exquisite.
The balance is a bit heavy on the back end. I expect a curved blade to be heavier on the blade for shearing cuts, but the heavier pommel makes for a very different feel. Will take about 50 more swings to find the balance.
The Sword and scabbard do not match up evenly at the mouth and hilt, and it is very very tight in the scabbard making for a slow draw.
A beautiful sword, but not very practical for cutting.
