Good Serviceable Frog
Well-made and serviceable leather frog, be warned, it tends to run a little large.  That was not a problem for me since I bought it for use with my large Crecy dagger.  Good value for a reasonable price.

Sturdy
The canted angle of the retaining buckles can hold a large dagger or poniard in sheath at a comfortable, predictable draw angle, while the mounting chap protects your clothing. You will need a sturdy belt.

The quality of this dagger hanger is very good and it sits nicely on the hip.  I will be using this for a dagger with a 1" by 12" blade so I will need to punch a couple of new holes and move the rivets.  Even though it will accommodate larger weapons, it is easy to modify at a leather/tack/shoe shop if you don't own a leather punch.

I would not advise using this frog for small daggers. I actually bought mine to carry my Hanwei Lionheart at the Renn Fair and being as i'm a southpaw this frog was a perfect fit. The leather and metal furniture on this are great quality. The angle is perfect for carrying a weapon comfortably, especially in a large crowd. A bit unwieldy to sit down with though. I would definetly reccomned this to the left handed sword users of the world

Why they call this a dagger frog, I don't know. It's big enough to hold my 2 inch wide sword in it's scabbard. I'm going to have to cut more holes in it, so my dagger won't just fall through.
