Not real impressed with this. I get the frayed unfinished edges to aid in giving is a worn look, but my biggest complaint is the stitching around the neck. The thread is to fine to support the weight of the fabric.  Within minutes of putting this on the threading popped and pulled out.  I re-stitched it and then the ruffled stitching immediately tore out. I will have to find a way to re-work the cape before I can use it.
