At first glance the appearance of this dagger is very good. I was extremely disappointed by the actual blade workmanship. Upon receiving the blade I went to wipe off the blade and it bent to about a 30 degree angle. It dId go right back to shape but needless to say I was shocked. Upon further inspection it became obvious that the blade width at the cross punch out near the hilt is too narrow to support any type of pressure on the blade. I bought this blade as a gift and I am appalled at the inability of this blade to take any type of pressure put to it. I actually bent the blade back and forth and could have broken it off by doing this repeatedly. I am extremely disappointed with this and would not recommend it to anyone.
