Where do I view my Rewards?

Simply log-in to your online Museum Replicas account. Under the ‘My Account’ option click on 'Reward Points' to check your reward points balance. You can also check your reward points history in this section.

Museum Replicas Online Reward Points will become active after successful delivery of the purchase. However, the reward points can be redeemed approximately forty (40) days after a customer's qualified order has been delivered to them. You can view the balance points in the ‘Reward Points’ section of your Museum Replicas account. Log in to your account, go to ‘My Account’ and click on ‘Reward Points’.

You can use your rewards points on items that are not in stock and even for or pre-order items through MuseumReplicas.com

Make sure you check your My Account Rewards Points page first. In the rare instance that your pending points do not show up here, or if they are not active 30 days after the item is delivered, please send an email to help@museumreplicas.com along with a copy of the order confirmation, or message us on our website chat system. Your account will be credited with the appropriate points within 2 working days of checking your order history.

There are plenty of places to earn points. Get rewarded every time you buy, share or sign up. Learn more about our Online Rewards Program. Please note that you get points for dollars spent on merchandise and not for shipping or reward point redemption.

You can combine your reward points with other discounts and coupons. However, Reward Points cannot be combined with gift cards, tax & shipping, rebate programs, and rewards.
