The sword is fantastic for the price. Feels good in the hand and looks as I would expect a sword of the type to look more or less. The sword was initilly not very sharp despite paying for the sharpening service but they have sharpened it again and I am waiting for it to be returned. I write this on good faith in the new sharpening as I have no reason to doubt their word.

This sword is great. It dry handles well and feels surprisingly powerful, despite its relatively short length. The blade is wide for cutting and is quite stiff for thrusting. The sword is far more robust than I expected and the fact that the tang is peened is definitely a plus for me. For the price, it would be hard to beat.

Awesome

This has quickly become a favourite of mine.  It is fast, agile, and easily controlled.  One should not worry about the laser etching as it is superficial, a little metal polish such as Metal Glo removes it without a trace.  That is if that type of thing bothers you.

Fantastic sword. The balance of this thing is very good. Well made sword.

First sword I received after ordering was slightly deformed and had a laser etched "Made by Windlass" in the blade.  I was very upset but after contacting customer service I received a new replacement without the laser etching right away.  No hassle and Windlass paid for shipping both ways.  Excellent customer service.  Oh and the sword is a gem.  Feels great in hand and well made. It's going to be a future custom project and is already one of my favorites.  Would definitely buy again.

I ordered the Sword of Courtenuova, but received this one instead. Can't complain, this one is more expensive! Super light and fast. Seems very well built.

Late Renaissance Shirt

This sharp looking shirt was a favorite from the Renaissance through the mid-18th century. The fashionable, loose fitting design made for easy concealment for a dagger or purse. In swordplay, this shirt allows freedom of movement with the bloused sleeves which tie at the cuff. Four eyelets on either side of the V-neck tie closed with a leather thong.
