Mens Capes, Robes & Coats

Monks were not the only people to wear robes. Capes, robes and cloaks were both practical for the weather, as well as making a statement. We at Museum Replicas offer beautiful additions to these over garments.

Review of: Crusader's Cape

I could not be more please.  The cape is just the right length for me ( I am 6' tall)  and it is well constructed of heavy cotton.

Review of: Templar Cape Lined in Red

looks good and good quality.  my only problem is fixable-its too long on my 5ft 6in height and my heels walk on it.  I guess its really one size fits none.  I have a friend who says she can take it up a few inches and then it will be perfect.

Review of: Blackbeard’s Coat

Love this coat!  The picture doesn't do it justice.  The pic looks like it would be charcoal grey, but it's definitely black.  Great brocade material.  Fits nice.  I have a 40 chest and the medium fits just fine with a little bit of room for wearing over thicker clothes is needed.

Review of: Sorcerer’s Cloak

This is a sturdy and beautiful piece of wear. It's very striking and well-made. If I had any complaint, it's that it seems like it might be a very heavy piece to wear during hotter weather. I look forward to unleashing this at an upcoming LARP.

Review of: Ranger’s Poncho

As advertised the Ranger's poncho looks as if it would help a ranger blend into the woodland terrain around him.  I look forward to trying it out outside as the weather warms up and the land turns green once more.

Review of: Buccaneer Coat

I incorporated this into my pirate garb, and have gotten a ton of compliments on the coat. It's a real wool coat, and doesn't look like a cheap costume piece up close, like many of the pieces out there.

As a bonus, it's great for wearing when taking a group of kids trick-or-treating on a chilly Halloween night.
