Review of: Victorian Magificator

Handle was loose upon arrival.  Easy to tighten.  I really like the weight of it.  Suits my needs well.

Review of: Locksley Boots

I bought it for myself but the cut is a bit on the small side, however they turned out to fit my son perfectly, who wears them every chance he gets. I had to replace the lacing after a solid 6 months of almost constant wear which is more than reasonable and I am very happy with how the boots have held up. My only suggestion is to purchase one to two sizes larger than your normal shoe size.

Review of: Ranger’s Poncho

Love this product.  Can hardly wait to wear it outside of my residence.
Thanks for the prompt shipment of my order.
I will continue to shop with Museum Replicas and Atlanta Cutlery.

Review of: Death Dealer Collector’s Edition Helmet

Helmet is well made and can be worn with the adjustable leather lining. It is metal so it is not light which I find a plus. It may not be an exact copy of Frazetta's drawing of the death dealer but it is a fine representation of the helmet. I have a mannequin that I change armor on periodically and he looks quite fearsome with this helmet and the axe. I place led eyes behind the helmet and it really looks good.

Review of: Roman Gladiator Kidney Belt

I got this to support my back and lessen back pain.  It does both well and is non-restrictive to movements.  Not only that but offers good protection both from trauma and cuts being about ¼” thick, which means about ½” thick where there is an overlap, and about ¾” thick where there is an overlap involving the belts.  I have more overlap, protecting my mid section, than shown in the photo.  The leather is of excellent quality and the belt well constructed.  Glad I bought it.  However I found two issues and overcame both.  Having a 38” waist I ordered S/M and the sucker would fall to the floor with no resistance.  I just relocated one rivet in each belt, and punched new holes in the belts.  A few of the factory rivets popped.  That issue may have been corrected by now, I bought mine several years ago.
I would give this 4 stars due to the issues stated above, but when clicking so I get a 3 star rating and the belt deserves better than that.  So MRL gives me a choice of 3 or 5 stars with nothing in between.

Review of: Roman Gladiator Kidney Belt

The entire belt is thick leather and seems very well made. Looks and feels great, slims me down and adds a layer of protection for sparring.

The only caveat is sizing! I have a 44" waist so I ordered the L/XL originally. It was HUGE and I had to exchange it. By my measurement the S/M fits 41” to 48” waists, the L/XL fits 48” to 55”

The problem with the rivets seems to have been fixed, mine go all the way through and are sturdy.

Review of: Locksley Boots

As others have said, these run small. I normally wear a 10.5 and the 12 is a perfect fit. The laces are so-so, but that's a super easy fix if you don't like them. Overall, GREAT boots, especially for the price. WAY better than other costume boots I have tried.

Review of: Locksley Boots

My husband really liked these. He said they were a little tight at first but once you walk around in them a bit they break in and were actually quite comfortable. Very smooth bottoms so be careful if using them indoors, slipping is easy. No problems outside.

Review of: Locksley Boots

I wear a 10 1/2 and ordered size 11 which were way too small. Museum Replicas was great about the return and at my request sent size 12. While a bit large they should be fine with a pair of thick cotton socks. The turnaround on the return was super fast. Kudos MR.
The boots are very nice, happy with them. They will look great with my Saxon outfit.
