Last Chance Helmets, Armor & Shields
Bucklers are small fist shields used in hand-to-hand combat. They are used differently than their larger counterparts. They are lightweight, making them easy to carry on the hip. Often hung from the sword scabbard, it allows use of both hands for a pike or staff weapon.
This pair of steel lower arm guards are nicely formed and lined with leather. Straps on the inner arm offer high adjustability. Measures 9-1/4 x 6-1/4 inches.
This extremely light mail is fashioned of aluminum rings which have been riveted for durability. Diameter of each outer link is about 1/2 inch. Perfect for stage and reenactment, it only weights 7 lbs!
These greaves are made of heavy grade leather. Features a lace up closure in the back. Matching Leather Swordsman Vambraces also available.
This classic helmet is one of the most popular versions depicted and worn during medieval times. Made from 18 gauge steel with narrow eye slits for maximum protection.

Review of: Brown Cotton Brigandine
I'd really consider this more of a "coat of plates" than a proper "brigandine" armor given the lack of overlapping plates. The gaps between plates, particularly over the breastbone, would make me consider this for protection in addition to a mail shirt or hauberk.
