Jester Collar with Bells

This Jester Collar with Bells completes any Harlequin's outfit. The sunray collar has 2 layers of points. The outer points alternate in length and fabrics, which are red taffeta and a red and black checked fabric. Each point has a bell sewn to the tip. The inner sunray is made of 8 black velvet points. The neckline and all the points are trimmed with gold piping. The collar secures at the back of the neck with Velcro on one of the rays.
