I ordered the coat on March 1st in order for it to have plenty of time to arrive by May 25 for a present for my fiancee; however, I did not receive this item until June 17th (109 days later than I ordered it). I contacted customer service several times via e-mail and the phone. I was never able to get an update on my product and customer service always stated that they didn't know anything about it including when it was going to arrive. I understood that the item was back ordered, but it was made clear to me that it should not take more than 45 days. It was more than double that time period by the time I received my product, and I was never updated on my product or informed why it was taking so long. I never even was given a simple apology for the delay. In addition, when my product finally did ship, I was never informed of it being shipped, and was never given a tracking number. I had made another purchase in the mean time, because I had given up hope that the coat was ever going to be sent, and I didn't have the money to cover the cost at the time in my checking account, and was overdrawn for a while. When I did receive the coat, it was fine, but not worth the time that it took. The coat also appears to be made rather cheaply, and is certainly not worth the cost and the hassle. This is not the first time I have had less than adequate customer service from this company, and needless to say I will not be purchasing from them again.
