Review of: Swordsman Buckler

I don't like the acid bath and antiqued finish. It's unnatural looking. My buckler looks like it was stucco textured. I think it would have been nicer just wire brushed.  On to the better things of this buckler. Good size and weight . The boss provides plenty of room for your fist. The 8 rays provide good glancing/guiding surfaces like fluted gothic armor. The reinforced edge is great. The wooden slabs on the steel handle make for a comfortable and solid grip and allow for some of the old manuals vicious moves like the flip and edge punch. I like it except for the stucco finish but nice buckler all in all.

Review of: Triangular Spear Head

Great looking spear head .  I Do not  know why it was made to fit a 1 inch shaft.  I think that it will take a good edge .

Review of: Swordsman Buckler

Great Buckler. I have been studying sword and buckler manuals and wanted to acquire a usable buckler for practice. This buckler feels good in the hand is just the right size. It is well made and looks good on display when not in actual use. Again, MR you have delivered.

Review of: Black Leather Dress Gauntlets

Great Leather Gauntlets
If you own swords you should also have leather gauntlets to handle them. These gauntlets are made from quality leather and fit well. Wearing leather gauntlets while handling a sword makes the experience feel authentic. I have competitively fenced for over 40 years and know the difference a good pair of leather gloves or gauntlets makes. Thanks MR for supplying quality accessories as well as quality swords.

Review of: Black Leather Dress Gauntlets

They are a great piece to add to a costume, and the leather is truly soft, making it easy to grip a sword.

Review of: Black Leather Dress Gauntlets

These gloves worked perfectly for me. They won't protect your hand from a straight on sword thrust but very few gloves will. These look great, feel great, and go great with just about any weapons in my extensive collection.
