English Battle Sword

This is the type of sword that would be used against the French as well as in the many English internal wars.  Used for heavy two handed warfare against mail and early light plate armor. The parts are steel and the grip is wood covered in flat leather lacing.  The cutting blade is from tempered 1095 high carbon steel.  Scabbard included.

Note:  This is a one of a kind sample that did not made it into production.
