There are only a few good Corinthian-style helmet reproductions out there: this is one of them. I have seen real Corinthian helmets--- they have hauntingly graceful lines.
Many wearable reproductions are crude and unsatisfying, and most of the better ones are too small. The pretty-looking reproductions from Greece are heavy cast bronze: unwearable and inauthentic.
This one is large enough to fit a size-8 head, and has that certain look around the eye holes that the best examples from antiquity possessed. It is serviceable steel, but light and wearable. I might face blows in this one, whereas my other delicately realistic brass one seems better only for display.
