This premium weapon is made like the original, using authentic materials, forging and construction techniques, by Hanwei of China. Includes cleaning kit and scabbard. This sword has a hand-forged and folded K120C powder steel blade, differentially tempered using a traditional claying method to produce a Rockwell of 60 on the edge and 40 on the back. The saya is deeply lacquered in gold with inlaid brass cherry blossoms. The grip is high quality rayskin and bound with premium Japanese cotton. The tsuba is blackened and bronzed iron with a battle scene decoration.
