It’s a good magificator
It’s a good looking functional prop, I knocked the star off because the handle isn’t real bone.

Neat functional prop
Neat, functional prop -- the handle is slightly loose, it's an easy enough fix with a small gasket or washer.

Would Buy Again!
Handle was loose upon arrival.  Easy to tighten.  I really like the weight of it.  Suits my needs well.

My son is playing Sherlock Holmes in a theater production and we got this as a variation on the classic magnifying glass. My only concern was that the bolt on the bottom kept unscrewing, causing the whole thing to wobble. A 33 cent rubber washer from Ace fixed the problem

I love the look of this steampunk magnifier.  I just wish the handle were real bone and not the faux resin bone.  Still, it is a real conversation piece.  I tell people the handle is made from bone of prehistoric giant sloths.

Nice antique-style magnifying glass but a bit pricey.

Hard to find an off set magnifying glass.  Great find, just a little pricey.
