I liked the sword but was very disappointed in how it was packaged. I received it and the box had rips in it and I had to bend the outreach bar because it was bent when I received it. You guys need to lean how to package the product better.

We would be able to file a claim with the carrier and exchange your rapier at no cost to you if you desire. You can send the item back to us using the return label provided in the shipping box.
