Forged by the dark elves in ages beyond counting, the sword was held by the wood elves for hundreds of years until it was gifted to a man known by many names, but called “Blacksword” thereafter. Feared by orcs, dwarfs, men and evil beasts alike, the bearer of the sword carried out many great deeds until his death while slaying a great evil dragon. Own this beautifully weighted and balanced war sword, worthy of legend, for yourself. The parts are black, the grip is wood wrapped in leather for a secure grasp and the fully tempered high carbon steel blade is blued to a fine black luster. Comes with scabbard.

Well made, good balance, great look. Didn't get it sharpened, wish I had. Looking forward to my next sword.

The sword itself is fantastic, nice weight and balance, the reason I only rate it as 4 stars is because of two issues I have with the scabbard. First, there is some kind of white powder (perhaps to help with moisture build up) inside that scabbard that coats the blade every time you draw the sword. Second, the scabbard is extremely (and I mean extremely) tight on the blade, this makes it very difficult to quickly draw the sword from your scabbard. Overall though, I am quite satisfied with this sword.
