I was impressed when these arrived, but my joy was short lived when the rivet holding the upper and lower parts snapped just from its own weight. The rivet was rusted through and corrosion was everywhere. I wish they had stored these in a better manner because this is impressive looking but weakly engineered.

Mine arrived in perfect condition. These pauldrons look better in real life than on picture. Just wish they had straps for wearing independently instead of lacing to gambeson.

The pair I got were rusted, corroded, and covered in mold. Do not order these. They were not properly stored. They had every indication of being great pauldrons if they weren't improperly stored, insufficiently oiled, and then not inspected before shipment.

I ordered these and they were rusted, corroded, and moldly when I received them. They were not properly oiled or treated in storage and then sold to customers without inspection. Very very bad.
