I wear a 9 1/2 so ordered the 10, just to be safe. The 10 is more like a 9, and it is not a solid black. It has a pattern on it. These shoes also cut across the top of my foot. They are not comfortable, but for only $15, it's not worth the hassle and return shipping to send them back.

Didn't know there was a design on the shoe-thought it was smooth black satin/silk. Size runs very small. Just not what I thought they would look like or feel like.
