The Fair Maiden's Dress; a perfect dress for the faire or going off to market. This colorful, 16th century styled dress features coordinating front trim and re-enforced boning in the front bodice for extra strong tight lacing. We have paired this piece with the Celtic Chemise (sold separately), however it will look lovely with any of our other chemises. The Fair Maiden's dress is available in three colors: red, green and blue. Poly/cotton blend. Sizes S/M, L/XL and XXL (add $4.00). Dry Clean Only.

Just got this dress because I wanted something a little easier and cooler than my full scale noblewoman's outfit. It's entirely adjustable and looks great over a chemise. The laces were of excellent quality and a little heavier-duty so I know they won't break or fray. The size charts can be a little confusing so to help people out, I'm a size 16 with a 40" bust and I bought the L/XL which fits excellent.

I have this in blue and red which I wear over my gold chemise. What I love the most about it is that it is entirely adjustable and will fit me no matter what. I did change out the black laces for something dressier that I got at Walmart for a few dollars. You could change the laces as often as you want. I worried about being too hot in the summer but the material is thin and even over my thick chemise I was comfortable.
