easy to care for. Twelve hematite stones decorate the base, while four carnelian cabochons adorn the stem. The carnelian gem originates as a dull brown agate, but when skillfully heat-treated it becomes a bright, burnt-orange. Carnelian was used in Roman times to protect against envy, fear and rage. This Grail is believed to be concealed within the Chalisbury Cathedral from at least the 11th century. Made in England.
