Waste of money. Item has a plastic handle/pommel and only looks better in the picture. Poorly made and a shame to the Assassin's Creed game.

I was slightly disappointed in the sword when the first thing that happened was one of the decorative tips on the guard cracked right off in my hand. I was sad to see that the metal used in the construction of the guard wasn't steel, as a sales rep of MR had told me, but a cheaper, cast metal. The blade is obviously hand forged and hand ground, which is good, but the blade can not stand up to a blade of Starfire caliber. I will say it feels strong and well put together in the hand. Still looking forward to buying the other pieces of the costume, but I'm definitely making my own hidden blade.

I was expecting alot from this sword. I got it in just today and the hilt was just plain ugly. Instead of a steel (or other gray colored metal) with black accents I got a black hilt pathetically painted in white patches on ALL the decorative metalwork. Sorry MR, but I would rather spend $200 on something else. What I got I would pay maybe $50 for.

Sword's strong and capable. You get exactly what it mentions- however, the problem is the scabbard. It doesn't last well and its parts fall off occasionally, so it doesn't display very well. Overall, pretty nice sword.

A great reproduction from the Assassin's Creed franchise. The blade is a bit too thin for my preferences though.
