Legend says this Blue Heart Diamond necklace once belonged to Empress Eugenie, the empress consort of Napoleon III, before it was "found" by famous jeweler Louis Cartier in 1908. This necklace features a huge genuine Swarovski blue heart crystal ornately set and enhanced by three crystal drops and a blue enamel bail. Made in England of lead-free, fine British pewter. Dual royal blue cord is satin ribbon and braided satin, adjustable up to 22" in length. Ties closed, with pewter end caps.
