Hi Rob - This cape is certainly supposed to come with the pictured snake clasp! Sorry your cape is not complete; please call our customer service department so they can get this straightened out for you.

Image shows cape with a serpent clasp that it does not come with. I'm very disappointed with this purchase and will be returning it. I'm also disappointed that there are no Saturday customer service hours.
