Bellatrix Lestrange, Lord Voldemort's most loyal death eater, may be a bit psychotic, but her gothic-inspired black gown is pretty amazing. Made of a flowing soft black rayon, all of the small silver detail has been hand applied using a combination of silk screening and embroidery.
