I used this frog once, to go to a faire, and it didn't make it through the day. All four of the rivots that hold the two buckled-straps to the backing broke. The only stress that it was under all day was from me resting my hand on the pommel of my sword and from adjusting the positioning of my sword so that I could sit.

These are not made to last. They are flimsy and will not last you a day at a fair of any kind. It must be made in China or some other backwater country.
