I was so looking forward to this costume, but ended up a bit disappointed when it arrived and I tried it on. The hat is made for a tiny head and I've had no luck getting it to shape correctly. The boot tops are made for someone with very thin legs. Neither the hat nor the boot tops have a slightly shiny appearance as in the picture.
