The artisans at Windlass worked closely with the creative team at Blizzard Entertainment to bring this amazing piece to life.

Whosoever takes up this blade shall wield power eternal.  Just as the blade rends flesh, so must power scar the spirit.  Such was the warning given to all who would seek to wield Frostmourne, the most powerful runeblade in existence.  Driven to save his homeland from disaster, Prince Arthas Menethil joined Muradin Bronzebeard in seeking out the legendary runeblade.  At the Lich King’s urging, Arthas used Frostmourne to kill his father and shatter the Frozen Throne.  Today the new Lich King sits on his icy throne, silently plotting his next move, the cursed runeblade ready at his side.  Approx 47” overall, 28” blade.  A safe and enjoyable collectible for all ages and fans of the world’s most popular online game.  NERO approved

This fully approved and licensed latex LARP weapon has a realistic look and finish and is the finest on the market. A hard rubber handle and real suede wrapping ensures both great balance and a firm grip for complete control. The tough layered foam, high quality latex and the specially developed paint we utilize has been researched for long lasting play and a non-cracking finish. Police-grade Kevlar, used in our sword tips, guarantees a non-tearing thrust. Though the fiber cores of t this weapon is lightweight, it commands the strength to withstand excessive pounds of stress. All of the chemicals and compounds used in this sword have been proven OSHA safe.

Please Note: This is not a metal weapon; it is a quality latex weapon for LARP and other forms of action play.  See this video demonstrating the quality, construction and durability of our Latex Weapons.

Anonymous User

SOOOOOO COOL

12/7/2009

Anonymous User

The details are great. But seriously... you want $149 for a peice of plastic? I'd rather go the distance and pay $429 for it's metal counterpart. Come on, you guys can do better.

12/2/2009

Anonymous User

while i am depating getting it imported to aus i have to say it looks good and is well priced FOR WHAT IT IS!!! its not just a fake sword made out of latex that i can get anywhere it is an offical licensed branded replica of a in game item. that alone is enoguh to push the price up. yep they were able to keep total price under $200 (i would charge $250 to custom make out of cheap painted wood) so i feel they have done a job well done and like i said if P&H to aus is cheap enough may very well buy one

11/17/2009

Anonymous User

Frostmourne, all you need to know you

11/17/2009

Anonymous User

Seriously, to the people who are getting up in arms about it not being metal: ITS A LARP SWORD. IT IS MEANT TO BE USED IN LARPS. And latex weaponry of this detail doesn't come cheap either. Its a good price, especially since you won't find it anywhere else. And if you want a metal one, they've made them already. Learn to read and do your research before posting a review of a sword you don't even own.

10/31/2009

Anonymous User

Look i don't know if anyof u complaining about the price for a "plastic sword" know that if u wanted to buy it in metal its about 349us dollars. The whole point of the LATEX is so you can "role play" with it

10/31/2009

ITS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10/29/2009

WoW sword is a great idea, but going cheap making it latex is wrong. A couple years ago i bought a fantasy sword from an online company (google for the win) and purchased a great short sword like this one that was all steel with skull details etc for $129 on sale. The sword i bought is a real sword that will last long past my lifetime and be a collectors item. This latex is just a toy that will degrade over the years and rot. Save your money for a metal collectable.

10/28/2009

Thomas Breshears

For those of you who dont LARP, why are you in the LARP section? Also when latex weapons first came out, this was the average price. for a good metal one 400 sounds like a good price. and as far as the nerf swords are concerned, they are cheap gay rip offs of real latex weapons.

10/28/2009

Anonymous User

Hey EVERYONE! Don't rate it if you don't want a latex weapon. (That's right I said latex NOT PLASTIC!) If you wanted metal then go somewhere else. I'm sure there is a metal version of this else where. Also, it's $150 because latex is hard to work with. So STOP lowering the rating if you don't like it because of what it is. Lower it only if you use latex weapons for LARP and don't like it.

10/28/2009

Anonymous User

i want to have a sword like this ~

10/28/2009

Anonymous User

only way i would pay this much is if i can flog the people who made this pos. almost as bad as the 80 dollar blowup one at blizzcon

10/28/2009

Anonymous User

there's a picture of a granny holding this sword.. Epic.

10/28/2009

Anonymous User

epic, if only it was like one of those 'real' swords...but still i supposed latex is the next best thing...and also................$149??????

10/28/2009

Anonymous User

I LOVE THIS COZ IM ADDICTED TO THIS GAME

10/27/2009

Anonymous User

Latex... (You'll poke your eye out kid!!!) Please 149 bucks lets have quality is this a web site of low quality high prices for suckers?

10/27/2009

Anonymous User

For $149 this thinkg should be metal... not plastic. If i want a plastic sword i'll go to wal-mart and pay $10 for one

10/27/2009

Anonymous User

In person this sword looks like metal. I didn't realize it was made of latex until someone took a swing at my arm and I felt the soft thud.

10/27/2009

Anonymous User

My surprise is not the price or the quality. I'm just surprised that with all of the allergies out there, they chose latex as the material.

10/27/2009

Anonymous User

For those that don't understand the concept of a latex sword I would like to state that not only is this great for LARPS but us convention people love swords like this. A metal sword could be banned or have to have major peace tying which takes away from great pic moments. This is perfect for a convention cosplay. I personally don't mind the price yes its high but for those of us cosplaying we want a quality look.

10/27/2009

Anonymous User

150 bucks for a rubber sword. Ghey.

10/27/2009

Anonymous User

As a collector of edged weaponds, I find thet this piece seems well made and great fordisplay or use. Those in the martial arts would agree this item,( and others like it), are very useful in training beginners as it has much less chance of causing injuries and/or damage to clothing. As far as larp and theatrics it would do well as its appearence, agility, and balance would be idea for "close combat" move w/o conserns of A) damaging a $250.00 metal sword. B) again safety issues. Basicly, if you have the money and can spare it, go for it, if you can't afford it, just keep complaining about the price. :P

Anonymous User

rubbish and crap,disgusts me

10/26/2009

Anonymous User

perfect

10/26/2009

Anonymous User

This is a Latex Weapon people. NOT a plastic toy. Geez, a good Latex weapon will cost around $60-$80. This is a World of Warcraft licensed latex weapon, of course it will be more expensive than a regular Latex weapon, but it sure as hell isn't plastic. Also, The metal version they sold of Frostmourne was over $400 and sold out almost immediately.

10/26/2009

Anonymous User

make it metal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10/26/2009

Anonymous User

Current Economy-crap...so they sell this piece of plastic at 149??? Blizz are you high?

10/26/2009

Anonymous User

looks like crap

10/26/2009

Anonymous User

wow 149 for latex?! epic fail

10/26/2009

Anonymous User

Are you kidding me you want a $150.00 for a kids toy.

10/26/2009

Anonymous User

For that price? I can get a better sword that is metal for that price.

10/26/2009

Anonymous User

This sword is so cool you can barely imagine just how awesome it is.

10/26/2009

10/25/2009

Anonymous User

Awesome!

10/25/2009

Anonymous User

i know plpl r gona want it to b metal but there are reasons this isnt a metal sword. 1 os that u can safley role play with latex wepons. the sword has stil kept perfect detail to the frostmoune sword we all love and know

10/25/2009

Anonymous User

pricing - Terrible! it should be metal for that price. also, what about the people who have a Latex Allergy?

10/25/2009

Anonymous User

For people who say this is too expensive for a latex sword. A normal LARP sword costs around 80-150 euros in germany what is about 100-180 dollars. And this sword looks really graet and it is a WoW replica so they need to pay blizzard mony for every sword they sale I think. So it is a good price. I will not buy it because it is not the kind of sword I want to larp with. But for a WoW-LARP this is just epic!!

10/25/2009

Anonymous User

i love it´s look why is there not for wow playrer webon wndor

10/25/2009

Anonymous User

gogogo

10/25/2009

Anonymous User

I think the price is a bit high, assuming $25-$30 each in manf costs. I'd pay $85-$100 for this item. Make me a metal one for $275 and I'd buy that too. (yes, the other one that's $500 is far too much). $100 for the incredible detail, and especially if it is as sturdy as the video suggest. $100 and I'll buy it. Thanks!

10/25/2009

Anonymous User

good

10/25/2009

who is the Anonymous User who is always giving things 5 stars to up the Cust Rating of crappy stuff?

10/25/2009

10/25/2009

Honestly? $150? Ridiculous. I could think of many better ways to spend $150 and I'm sure the rest of you could as well.

Anonymous User

Latex

10/25/2009

Anonymous User

First of all: Any1 who doesnt play LARP Shut the F*** up! You dont even know what it is for! Second of all: The price for this aint bad. I have seen Latex Weapons even more expensive. I am going to buy it, if i can pay with Visa Electron and i get enough money xD.

10/25/2009

Anonymous User

bought it for use my larp club ......its149$ well spent

10/25/2009

Anonymous User

anyone of you who thinks u can get a "GOOD" metal sword for 200 or less is an idiot. The metal Frostmourne is the price of a WELL MADE REAL SWORD from most places. This is a Costuming/larp/display item, that being said, its also not plastic... jesus god go to school and get an education.

10/25/2009

Anonymous User

I LOVE THIS SWORD BUCE STAB PPL WITH

10/25/2009

Anonymous User

Now I can beat this sword in real life)))) --------------------- Black_EngeL --------------------- This world will shatter the darkness

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

Blizzard has a Vince McMahon complex. Make a piece of crap and charge a high price and people will still buy it because it's Their product. It's $150 for a toy sword. A TOY!! If it were real, I'd get it. Not paying $500 for the real one either, that's just dumb.

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

Anyone who doesn't do LARP, bug off! You don't know hell what you're talking about if you don't, SO QUIT COMPLAINING! (and it's not made out of plastic, I would know. BECAUSE I ALREADY BOUGHT IT)

Anonymous User

FAG!!!

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

Plastic Omg you kidding still remains in childhood or what?!

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

Great looking product with a totally absurd price!! I know there is a metal version for 400 - 500, but this should be no more than 50 - 75 bucks.

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

nice idea but plastic ... no thx

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

That prize sucks. why should I pay $149.00 for a Platsic weapon o_O

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

I would grade this latex sword as fairly nice, if you are more wealthy than other people then this will be the ideal present of a youger family member. The price is very high mind, but for the quality of the item, I would say that it is an ok buy, if you have money that is...

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

Can I pay for it in plasitc money too???

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

what is larp? and what would the use of a latex sword be? is it like those people who play mid evil wars out with wooden swords and stuff< but the swird does have awsome texture and good size and you can play with your kids with it so

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

Latex for 149.95 are you joking??

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

Why would you charge 150$ for a "Latex" sword.

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

Wow, it is cool!

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

LATEX!?!?!?!?!?!?

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

A latex sword for $149?

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

i would rather pay $300 more for the metal one... srry

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

WOW

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

NO WAYZ I'm even gonna come close to pay that for a P.O.S. Plastic sword !!

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

Latex? $150? Seriously? Thats just silly

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

I must admit that this sword has some nice detail, but 150 dollars for a latex sword?

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

looks nice, but way too expensive for a latex sword..

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

cool

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

This looks awsome! :D

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

Pricey yeah but, it's a collecters item for the wall, mantle or occasional costume. It's not a slap happy, splash in the mud, disposable Nerf. Very well done in detail. I'd buy it.-Shwah

10/24/2009

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

Hey fags, DONT RATE UNTILL YOU BUY! AND ITS NOT PLASTIC FOR GOD SAKES.

10/24/2009

Anonymous User

Looks great, but the price should be more like 25.00 at the most. They would've actually shown their customers some respect if they'd provided a mid priced real fantasy sword. I'm pretty sure they would've sold more, and if you buy it..you make me sad.

10/24/2009

10/23/2009

LMAO there is a metal Frostmourne. Its $429 for it. This is for cosplays more then likely.

10/23/2009

Anonymous User

for that much money it should be metal

10/23/2009

Anonymous User

get a life

10/23/2009

Anonymous User

I'll give it two stars for the design of it, but no more. For $150 the price is a bit crazy. For a plastic sword I'd see your point at $80 top end, but the current price is a joke. Then again it could be made out of Ice and people would still order it.
