Ancient Thor’s Hammer
Norse mythology says, “He gave the hammer to Thor, and
said, “Smite as hard as desired, whatsoever may be before
him, and the hammer would not fail. And, if thrown at any-
thing, it would never miss, and never fly so far, as not to return
to his hand.” This simple design evokes a time when giants
walked the Earth. We at Museum Replicas are proud to bring you
this ancient version of Thor’s hammer known as, Mjolnir. This
rugged hammer has a head of solid aluminum. This is not to say that
this piece does not have some weight behind it! The dark stained shaft
sports a suede-wrapped handle with steel rings, while the opposite end
has a steel wedge supporting the hammerhead. Suede lacing finishes off
this piece. A round Viking shield wall plaque is included. Made by
